- Insights Creation: Combine internal data, market research, and external input to generate meaningful insights that drive new growth opportunities or improve efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the center of expertise to collaborate with the Marketing Team (Branding/Media), IP Campaigns, and other cross-functional teams (including R&D tech) to co-develop cohesive and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in growth/demand, strategic planning (S&P), or consulting. Experience in forecasting, building projections, and campaign planning is required.
- Self-driven: Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, self-motivate, and perform under pressure with tight project deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when dealing with setbacks. Must be independent yet capable of teamwork.
- Language: Proficiency in English and fluent Spanish fluency is required.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to work in-person in Mexico City for 70% of the time.
