Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience in the beauty and personal care products industry and at least 1 years in commerce.
- Knowledge of the Mexican XX market ecosystem, regulatory policies, leading brands, and the latest trends;
- Results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and responsibility;
- Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress;
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Preferred qualification:
- Capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategie;
- Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure.
