We are looking for a commerce Content Policy and Programme Managers to join our team to develop strategies/ policies. As a Policy and Programme Manager, you will develop, implement, and communicate our commerce content policies. You have strong research, risk discovery, and critical analysis acumen, and will analyse metrics, surface emergent market risks, and drive operational optimisation to improve users' experience. With your language and country perspectives, you effectively localise policies to deal with country-specific trends, while being aligned with company principles. Candidates should have experience taking projects from 0 to 1, and driving effective partnerships with cross-functional teams to align on common goals. You have the ability to shuttle from policy to effective implementation, and can make and implement nuanced policy decisions under time-pressure. You exhibit grace under pressure and are able to deal with ambiguity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research, craft, and implement content policies that account for the needs of a country while balancing against company principles. Manage go-to-market to ensure effective implementation across Asia Pacific and policy and project outcomes are met.
- Analyse data to measure, identify, mitigate, and monitor risks to raise the overall commerce content ecosystem quality and personalized recommendations. Develop and implement new signals, metrics and engage in risk discovery - to identify new content quality and abuse trends and develop policies to address them.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate and analyse creator pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
- Develop, launch and implement new policies and operational workflows - in collaboration with cross-functional teams - to enhance large-scale automation, risk detection and mitigation, as well as quality assurance and improvements.
- Develop and implement feedback loops and operational workflows to ensure the day-to-day quality of launches and implementation.
- Implement and review dashboards and cases as needed, to ensure day-to-day ecosystem health.
- Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications on all commerce content policy issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Law, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering etc.
- 4+ years experience developing, implementing, and managing policies and projects.
- Professional experience in Commerce, Technology, Intellectual Property Protection, Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policy and Operations Management, Partner or Product Growth, Risk Analytics, Compliance, or Experience programmes.
- Familiarity with commerce, social media content landscape and ecosystem management - as well as strategic business sensitivity will be advantageous.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.

- Driven, excellent programme management and communication skills with the ability to plan for, and manage complex projects, as well as influence multiple cross-functional teams to build and launch new policies and workflows.
