About the team
The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop UK's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Responsibilities:
Strategy|Full ownership of incubating hundreds of SMB partners in the Italian market. This includes identifying high-potential partners for the business, formulating and implementing their growth strategies.
Partner Communication|Ownership for channel management and partner communication via calling, instant messaging, community and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities such as troubleshooting, escalation, and seller education to resolve their issues.
Mass Incubation|Collaborate with small and medium-sized partners to optimise and improve their TikTok commerce performance, drive engagement of campaigns and other incubation activities. Identify programmatic and scalable methods to achieve this on a large scale. Identify opportunities to improve the business through scalable solutions and manage the rollout of these solutions.
Product and process improvement|Analysis and Conduct deep dives to understand business segments and the root causes of issues that affect their business performance to identify opportunities and inform inputs into product development and process improvement.
