Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in mass account management or partner incubation; proven track record managing hundreds of partners at scale.
- Fluent in English and Polish due to working and speaking directly with partners, strong understanding of e-commerce market, consumer behaviour, and digital/mobile commerce trends.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment; able to turn complex data into clear opportunities and action plans.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including building and auditing formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS) and working with large datasets.
