    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for business partner acquisition and incubation, aiming to increase activeness, business growth, and retention.
    • Manage partner acquisition and incubation initiatives including but not limited to marketing campaigns, email campaigns, digital marketing, growth mission, partner community, webinars, and other educational activities.
    • Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, and identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions.
    • Work with the internal teams, and other cross-functions to optimize partner experiences and empower the growth of thousands of partners via social commerce

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in commerce.
    • Experience in scalable user or business growth, familiar with partner recruitment, incentive policies, marketing, advertising, or education.
    • Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies.
    • Skilled at cross-team collaboration and advancing projects, able to work with a wide range of individuals to drive successful projects.
    • Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure.
    • Fluency in English or Spanish; candidates with experience in the Latin American market are preferred.
