About the team
MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for UK merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the mass account manager team for various EU markets to manage hundreds of partners and boost their activeness, retention, and level-ups.
Leverage scalable initiatives such as partner missions and incentives, life-cycle outreach campaigns, etc., and enhance partner engagement to drive their growth in multiple countries.
Lead the team to take charge of channel management and communication through calling, instant messaging, community, and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities like troubleshooting, escalation, and education to resolve issues.
Analyse and conduct deep dives to understand business segments and the root causes of issues affecting their business performance to provide inputs for product development and process improvement. Collaborate with the Product team and other cross-functional teams to improve the business through scalable solutions and manage the rollout of these solutions.
Collaborate with Europe country teams to establish and iterate partner upgrade/downgrade standards and processes to maximise overall efficiency and country business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in partner account management, partner growth, or relevant fields. Have experience with or be familiar with scalable aspects including but not limited to incentive policies, growth missions, partner/user communities, email campaigns, education, etc.
2. Highly hands-on and not reluctant to talk to sellers frequently.
3. Possess a good sense of data and the ability to handle complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
4. Have experience in managing teams. Be good at cross-team collaboration and driving progress. Have the ability to lead successful projects involving a wide range of people.
5. Strong knowledge of the European e-commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation is a plus.
