Position summary

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifations:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Psychology, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, survey analytics, or user research at scale.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with survey platforms and internal tool development is a plus.
- Strong background in survey design, sampling methods, experimental design, and statistical inference.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards and ethical considerations in user data collection.
