    • Lead a Global Content Design Team Focused on TikTok Live: Direct a team of English and multi-lingual Content Designers, ensuring the creation of exceptional content specifically designed for a global lLIVE audience. Your leadership must be underpinned by a deep understanding of live streaming content, best practices and international user engagement strategies.
    • Define the Strategic Content Vision Exclusively for LIVE campaigns: Own and drive the content vision for global and regional campaigns, collaborating closely with global product, engineering, marketing, and localization teams. Your strategic direction must be informed by a thorough understanding of the global live streaming landscape, trends, and user behaviors.
    • Provide Expert Content Feedback Rooted in Live Streaming Best Practices: Offer insightful and actionable feedback on all content deliverables, with a strong emphasis on their effectiveness within a global live streaming context.
    • Orchestrate Complex LIVE campaigns: Lead intricate projects involving stakeholders across diverse time zones, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective resource allocation, consensus-building, and seamless collaboration.
    • Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture, specifically focused on developing expertise in content design for global and regional IP campaigns.
    • Develop Scalable Solutions Tailored for LIVE Challenges: Define efficient, practical, and scalable content solutions, guidelines and processes that address the unique challenges inherent in a large-scale global live streaming platform, taking into account cultural nuances, regional preferences, and the dynamic nature of live interactions.
    • Champion Content Design Excellence within the Global Live Streaming Industry: Serve as a passionate advocate for content design principles and best practices, with a distinct focus on elevating the user experience within the global live streaming ecosystem.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of progressive management and leadership experience within multi-cultural organizations, with a significant and demonstrable focus on leading content design teams specifically for global live streaming products.
    • 5+ years of deep and demonstrable practical experience in content design, UX writing, and content strategy, with a mandatory and significant specialization in the live streaming industry. We may prioritize candidates with specific vertical experience.
    • Extensive and proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners in a global, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a clear understanding of the intricacies of international product development and localization within the context of live streaming.
    • A portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered content design principles applied directly to live streaming platforms.
    • A highly proactive and self-directed individual with a proven track record of independently managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced global environment.
