About TikTok Live User Ops Team
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition intern to join the TikTok Live Japan User Ops team. This internship will provide exercised exposure to ops of local users, with opportunities available for further recuitment as regular employee.

As an ops intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional user ops. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Support TikTok third-party agencies and assist in addressing their related requests
• Regularly follow up on agency's issues, feedback on product features, and identify common problems to optimize solutions, develop SOPs, etc
• Track agency data metrics and monitor project progress, and ensure project execution.
• Undertake tasks related to localization (Chinese/English -> Japanese) and local strategy adaptation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

-Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor's or master's degree.
-Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English and Japanese (verbal and written) for effective liaison with internal colleagues and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Prior experience in operation related work.
-Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
