    Position summary

    ream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement gradient penalty strategies to combat transaction risks such as fraud and chargeback etc while balancing impacts on revenue growth.
    • Drive forward-looking fund penalty products and appeal products to enhance end-to-end user experience and minimise business impacts.
    • Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams, especially risk control and compliance teams, to drive a healthy ecosystem and safe transaction environment in TikTok LIVE.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience in Product Management in risk governance area.
    • Good understanding about user experience and risk control measures.
    • Data and result driven with strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
    • Strong cross functional collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus.
    • Experience in working in a multicultural cross functional team environment.
