The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are actively seeking a skilled professional to join our TikTok LIVE Operations team in Dubai as a Revenue Campaign Operation Manager. In this pivotal role, you will work with the Creator Managers' Lead and the Revenue Campaigns Lead to implement gamification strategies to influence user behavior, amplify platform activeness, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
- Campaigns Planning and Execution:
- Configure Revenue campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
- Campaign Formats and Innovation:
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for innovative campaign formats and technologies.
- Work closely with the creative team to implement visually appealing and interactive campaign material.
- Audience Engagement:
- Support the development of strategies to enhance audience engagement during campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create campaign-specific visual assets.
- Quality Assurance:
- Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign execution by peers.
- Post-Event Analysis:
- Deliver comprehensive post-mortem analysis and reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of revenue campaigns budgets.
- Provide updates on budget status and support recommendations for adjustments.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks associated with revenue campaigns.
- Data Analysis Support:
- Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to utilize data analytics for ongoing campaign optimization.
- Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring of campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support the building and maintenance of relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in revenue-growth role, gaming company heavily focused on gamification to drive revenue and activity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about the gaming and digital entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with the region and nuances is advantageous.
