Position summary

4. Based on community host data, identify and summarize issues faced by hosts, propose and implement practical solutions or activities to enhance community host engagement and revenue metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in user operations, preferably with experience in live streaming, content marketing, or education and training industries;
- Familiar with live streaming operation models, understanding the latest live streaming trends, and possessing strong business insights into new technologies and features;
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Passion for international live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture trends;
- Strong sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently executing and completing projects.
