Position summary
online communities, recruiting, managing, and overseeing daily operations of hosts, and providing creators with support, communication, and engagement strategies to accelerate live streaming growth and engagement;
4. Based on community host data, identify and summarize issues faced by hosts, propose and implement practical solutions or activities to enhance community host engagement and revenue metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in user operations, preferably with experience in live streaming, content marketing, or education and training industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Passion for international live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture trends
- Strong sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently executing and completing projects
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiar with live streaming operation models, understanding the latest live streaming trends, and possessing strong business insights into new technologies and features
