Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of work experience
- Background in data-related fields such as statistics, computer science, or quantitative analysis. Experience in model development (causal inference, data mining, etc.)
- Strong curiosity, the ability to proactively understand business needs, quickly grasp business logic, and translate it into data-driven problems.
Preferred Qualification
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.
