- Segment early-stage sellers by profile and readiness, applying targeted incubation strategies to maximize impact
- Track seller progress, activation metrics, and handover readiness, ensuring smooth transition to Account Strategists for continued growth
- Own channel management and seller communications, maintaining timely guidance, updates, and support throughout the incubation process
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 3+ years of experience in SMB account management/seller incubation
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple sellers and programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to guide and support sellers
- Comfortable tracking metrics and monitoring performance to ensure sellers achieve activation and growth milestones
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must in order to communicate with the global and local sales team.
