What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners and help them unlock growth through TikTok's unique commerce ecosystem.
You will:
- Source and onboard strategic Home and Living merchants in France, building onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set them up for mid and long term growth
- Design and execute growth plans for your partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
- Own revenue and GMV targets, consistently driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience.
- Analyze Home and Living market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners.
- Lead internal projects to contribute to the electronics ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
- Deep understanding of the home and living market, trends, creators ecosystem, not only France, ideally also total Europe, UK and US.
- Fluent in English and French to ease communication with local stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong network of Home and Living partners and creators/agecies
- Experience or knowledge of discovery commerce in established markets like China, SEA or US.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability.
