    About the team
    Welcome to the Creator Sustainability Team. In this role, you are responsible to steer the direction of the growth of the creator team by planning and executing strategies across different functions in TikTok Shop.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop strategies for live e-commerce operations to enhance creator scalability and operational efficiency.
    • Break down overall business goals for live e-commerce creators, collaborating with the team to improve creator activity, quality, product, and commission strategies, policy management, and traffic efficiency to increase business revenue.
    • Integrate market analysis and industry trends to identify business opportunities and challenges through data analysis and research, and formulate strategic plans to drive business implementation.
    • Lead influencer live support programs to enhance matching efficiency between influencers and merchants, thereby driving ecosystem development and GMV growth.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, over 5 years of experience in e-commerce or technology company operations.
    • Clear strategic thinking, logical problem-solving, and effective planning, analysis, and resolution abilities.
    • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, opportunity and issue identification, risk management, and process optimization.
    • Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Live streaming or e-commerce
    • Content Operation or knowledge of products and algorithms
    • Local market knowledge
    • Communication in Bahasa Melayu as this is a role that support Malaysia local creator.
