Minimum Qualifications
- Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators' e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach
- Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Category, Product, Legal), to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce strategy, or analytical work.
- Excellent in SQL, and other analysis tools
- Familiarity with TikTok, major affiliate programs, and E-commerce platforms; experience in content-driven e-commerce is highly desirable
- Existing relationships with creators and talent agencies are a strong advantage
- Experience or understanding of live streaming is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
