- Assist in the introduction and subsequent management of agencies and creators, including support for their introduction and operational maintenance of agency communities;
- Maintain and cultivate the growth of TikTok creator accounts towards performance goals, continue improvement of content for both live streaming and short video, maximizing the business as well as monetization growth;
- Support in-depth analysis, insights, and strategy formulation for key initiatives, as well as assist in executing offline activities. Integrate internal and external resources to create showcases in collaboration with industry partners;
- Actively work and collaborate together with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve greater impact on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Actively enrolled University student
- Familiar with different social apps and tools such as Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Good understanding of TikTok content. Especially TikTok livestream/shortvideo
- Good understanding of E-commerce
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL or similar analysis tools is a bonus.
- Having strong networking/ experience working with the E-commerce platform promotion(e.g. voucher) is a plus.
- Basic e-commerce experience; with experience in service provider operations or content operations enthusiasts is a plus.
