- Own automation initiatives that support multiple domains within GNE.
- Build and deploy AI Agents for real governance use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate domain needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Use data skills to analyse risks, validate data, and drive process automation and optimisation.
- Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through investigations and root cause analysis. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications(s)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-team and regional coordination.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in e-commerce governance or operations.
- Familiarity working with major LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) including APIs, prompt engineering, or Agent development.
