• Maintain and update records of sales, returns, and adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.
• Cross-check digital goods sales data with financial reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve issues related to digital goods transactions, payments, and settlements.
• Based on input from TikTok, execute updated versions of the SOPs and manage procedure changes in accordance with the Change Procedure
• Responsible for the accuracy of the settlement, including any financial loss caused by human error
• Responsible for the submission and accuracy of the revenue report of the Digital Goods business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Language requirements: High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, XFN, and external stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and other data processing skills to accurately perform reconciliation tasks
• Analytical Abilities: Possess a strong logical thinking approach to analyze data discrepancies and identify potential issues during reconciliation processes. Analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, and financial risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-centric approach. Strong communication skills to resolve disputes and collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
