- Strategic Initiative Development: Design and implement initiatives that stimulate FMCG category growth aligned with GMV objectives.
- Seller Cohort Prioritization: Identify and prioritize seller groups or cohorts for targeted initiatives that deliver the highest GMV impact.
- Budget Proposal & Allocation: Recommend and allocate operational budgets to support high-impact initiatives.
- Channel Strategy & Optimization: Analyze different sales channels and platforms to identify optimal channel distribution strategies across both TikTok Shop and Tokopedia platforms to accelerate category growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence cross-functional teams (including but not limited to category, product, campaign, and cross departmental teams) to ensure alignment, buy-in, and smooth execution of strategies.
- Resource Management: Effectively prioritize and allocate internal resources (category headcount and financial resources) to emerging initiatives, ensuring maximum impact within constraints.
- JBP Operations & Management: Lead joint business planning with key sellers, managing execution, tracking performance, and optimizing budget utilization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic projects, consulting, or category management in fast-paced e-commerce or FMCG sectors
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights to support decision-making and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop actionable strategies, and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure strategies are grounded in operational realities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex strategies to diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with key e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc., and an understanding of the broader e-commerce landscape
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia as the primary language of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and other data analytics or visualization tools
- Familiarity with major syndicated data sources (e.g., traffic analytics, market data platforms)
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while maintaining attention to operational detail
- Highly structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects of various scopes-including planning, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, synthesis, and process optimization
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus to liaise with Chinese key stakeholders.
