Position summary
elationship Management
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic sellers and brands, negotiating partnerships to enhance assortment and pricing competitiveness.
Conduct regular business reviews with key sellers to identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges.
Drive assortment expansion by identifying gaps in product offerings and securing relevant partnerships.
Innovation & Competitive Advantage
Identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance category competitiveness, such as exclusive brand partnerships, product bundling, and promotional mechanics.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to maintain category leadership.
Continuously optimize seller engagement and operational efficiency to improve overall category health.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in eCommerce, category management, or business development
Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
High level of proficiencies in English and Bahasa Indonesian languages
Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail to maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations, and team management experience
High level of integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial and policy-related information.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt strategies to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proactive and self-starter mindset focused on continuous improvement
Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, synthesization, and process optimization)
Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
