Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Insight Generation:
- Lead qualitative and quantitative market research to understand emerging trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and category dynamics.

- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Translate research insights into strategic marketing initiatives customized for different SEA markets.
- Build regional marketing frameworks and localized plans to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Partner with country marketing teams to contextual accuracy in campaign execution.
- Project & Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead integrated campaigns across SEA markets, from ideation to execution, media planning, ensuring projects are backed by strong research and relevant KPIs.
- Develop and execute regional-specific marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for TikTok Shop in SEA. Customize regional campaigns to align with each market preferences and market needs.
- Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with overall business objectives, and effective execution across multiple SEA markets.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment among marketing, operations, analytics, creative, and product teams.
- Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization:
- Use campaign results, consumer data, and market intelligence to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Present learnings and improvement plans through structured performance reports and strategy reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the bridge between regional and country teams, ensuring that marketing strategies are research-informed, relevant, and operationally executable.
- Champion knowledge sharing and research best practices across teams and markets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and consumer/market research within e-commerce, tech, or retail industries. Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and write structured research or insight reports that inform marketing decisions.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Strong track record in planning and managing regional marketing campaigns from end to end - including insight discovery, creative briefing, go-to-market planning, media mix optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Research Expertise: Proven ability to lead qualitative and quantitative research projects (e.g., consumer surveys, focus groups, trend studies, competitive analysis). Skilled in applying insights to guide marketing direction and business decisions.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate market and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies tailored to different SEA markets. Familiarity with consumer behaviors,
nuances, and commerce trends.
