Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Platform & E-commerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, seller management, or category management.
- Category & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute category-specific growth strategies. Deep understanding of the supply landscape, pricing dynamics, and success drivers in at least one key Indonesian e-commerce vertical.
- BPO/Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing BPOs or external service partners, including performance management, contract negotiation, and operational scaling.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a direct team leadership or people management capacity.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through partnership.
- Language: High-level communication skills in English speaking to communicate with internal & external stakeholders, with proven ability to engage diverse partners and lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Data Studio) to analyze seller performance, drive insights, and measure impact.
