- Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy.
- Maintain and update project dashboards and trackers related to policies, incentives, and other key initiatives to ensure accurate progress monitoring.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to evaluate business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and streamlining administrative processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis, strategic planning, and operational support as needed.
- Create visual communication materials such as posters and ensure platform resources are organized, updated, and easily accessible.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools such as Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and tracking.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and supporting data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English is required for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in SQL Language for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for viewing and collaborating on visual assets.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, research, and daily workflow.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, digital strategy, or the agency ecosystem is a strong plus.
