TikTok Shop - Category Management, Operations Program Manager

innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike. The Category Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic projects' progress to launch strategies for our industry to deliver business impacts on long-term GMV growth, profitability improvement, and platform efficiency
• Guide our Special Project to take ownership of project outcomes and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, pilot projects, and identify opportunities and further improvements
• Growth opportunity to act as an interim functional lead when business needs it, with a path to move to specific business function in US e-commerce operations
• Build a relationship with our product & tech teams across domains to create scalable processes with technology as the backbone and help reduce the overall barrier of entry for merchants in the market

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience at an e-commerce platform, tech startup market launcher, management consulting, corporate business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or relevant equivalent experience
• Extensive strategy project experience with a proven track record of program management; demonstrated ability to suggest and execute solutions that drive business results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and passion for building, leading, and developing people
• Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous environment with a growth mindset
• Attention to detail, affinity for analytics, logical and strong problem solving skills

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $159600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
