- Support the creation & maintenance of project plans and roadmaps in accordance with organizational priorities, define delivery methodologies, and drive project execution & tracking.
-Handle cross-functional communications and prepare case and data summaries related to this domain.
- Support the development and ,implementation of new operational workflows - in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Operations, Moderation, Product, and Policy - to enhance large-scale automation, risk detection and mitigation, as well as quality assurance and improvements.
- Support the design, launch and review key metrics to enable deeper investigations and case reviews, ensuring that day-to-day ecosystem health is maintained throughout the e-commerce creator ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-3 years of years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
- Excellent stakeholder and program management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able to influence others without authority.
