    About the team

    TikTok is seeking a highly organized and innovative Senior Content Strategy and Operation Manager to oversee and optimize content strategies for our eCommerce platform. This role is vital in ensuring seamless content production, distribution, and engagement across various TikTok eCommerce channels. As the Content Operation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase product visibility, and drive conversion rates. Your main responsibility will be to curate and manage compelling content that aligns with our business objectives, while continuously refining processes for operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to TikTok's eCommerce platform, aligning with business goals and seasonal trends.
    • Lead the creation of educational materials, tutorials, best practice guides, and updates on policies and platform features tailored for eCommerce sellers
    • Track content performance using analytics tools and generate reports to assess content effectiveness.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall eCommerce experience.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, design, and data teams to ensure content aligns with TikTok's eCommerce vision.
    • Streamline content workflows and processes to ensure efficient production and timely execution.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency and quality across all content types and channels.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and operations, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, eCommerce strategies, and content management systems (CMS).
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Proficient in data analysis, with a focus on content performance metrics and reporting.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across teams and regions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A deep passion for content and shopping.
    • A Master's degree in related fields (MBA) preferred.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $232644 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
