- Work closely with BPO teams to scale outreach efforts, while personally handling high-potential leads and critical conversions.
- Track and manage seller pipeline, ensuring timely progression across stages (Contact → Registration → Onboarding).
- Identify common seller objections and feedback, and continuously improve outreach scripts, playbooks, and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Policy teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience and resolve blockers impacting conversion.
- Support pilot execution and on-the-ground testing, ensuring fast iteration and strong execution discipline.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- +2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging sellers directly.
- Results-driven and highly execution-oriented; willing to be hands-on and own conversion targets.
- High Oral/Written proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for this role due to cross functional collaboration with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving processes.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to follow through and close deals.
