    Position summary

    and drive conversion through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

    • Work closely with BPO teams to scale outreach efforts, while personally handling high-potential leads and critical conversions.
    • Track and manage seller pipeline, ensuring timely progression across stages (Contact → Registration → Onboarding).
    • Identify common seller objections and feedback, and continuously improve outreach scripts, playbooks, and conversion strategies.
    • Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Policy teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience and resolve blockers impacting conversion.
    • Support pilot execution and on-the-ground testing, ensuring fast iteration and strong execution discipline.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • +2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging sellers directly.
    • Results-driven and highly execution-oriented; willing to be hands-on and own conversion targets.
    • High Oral/Written proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for this role due to cross functional collaboration with global teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech platforms.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving processes.
    • Strong ownership mindset with ability to follow through and close deals.
    • Familiar with local market and seller ecosystem.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
