Position summary

Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, and translate these insights into strategic external initiatives to drive creator engagement and growth.
Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
Execute ad hoc creator projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders while unlocking value and benefits for creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, or consulting, with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics
Hands-on experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops that drive participant engagement and growth
Prior experience as a content creator or deep familiarity with creator ecosystems is a plus
