- Manage cross-team communication to ensure smooth delivery of creator-related initiatives.
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong data & analytical skills; ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creators/projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, Consulting & Market Research
- Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience in conflict resolution and long-term creator relationship management.
- Experience in planning/executing training programs, webinars, or workshops.
- Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.
