    Position summary

    • Analyze creator performance data (engagement, conversion, ROI) and use insights to optimize traffic and campaign strategies.
    • Organize online and offline activities to improve content quality and creators' understanding of eCommerce policies.
    • Coordinate with brands and sellers to facilitate creator-brand collaborations and partnerships.
    • Manage cross-team communication to ensure smooth delivery of creator-related initiatives.
    • Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong data & analytical skills; ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple creators/projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, Consulting & Market Research
    • Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and performance metrics.
    • Experience in conflict resolution and long-term creator relationship management.
    • Experience in planning/executing training programs, webinars, or workshops.
    • Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.
