    Position summary

    tion Manager to join our Product team. This role will guide our Product, Account Management and Cross-functional teams to deliver merchant and partner e-commerce integrations. You will be responsible for providing knowledge, advocacy and tactical solutions to enable merchants to connect their catalog, OMS and fulfillment systems. In addition, you will use your learnings and insights to partner with product management and development teams to optimize product platforms, create efficiency and scale success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Working with Account Management, Product and other XFN teams, create strategies and actionable plans for sellers onboarding and integration. Setting objectives and key results on a quarterly and annual basis. Identify key initiatives and design actionable plans.
    • Manage a portfolio of seller integration projects. Review project progress regularly. Provide technical and execution oversight to drive speedy and quality project completion.
    • Create standardized processes, best practices, design guides, implementation guides and other relevant assets to improve the speed and quality of integration projects.
    • Hire and coach team members globally to build a world-class integration practice.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience leading a system integration practice.
    • Hands on experience with system integration projects.
    • Experience working at a global company. Comfortable navigating complex and evolving organization structures. Experience working in a multi-culture multi-timezone environment.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • E-Commerce and e-Commerce marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
