    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the D2C teams overall revenue and guide team members to maximize performance
    • Lead the integration of the TikTok shops and work closely to onboard new merchants. Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client's business key performance metrics.
    • Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
    • Partner with cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to success.
    • Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan.
    • Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure the impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions.
    • Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning.
    • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies across TikTok solutions.
    • Use information and knowledge that we have and pitch to our clients
    • Provide account management and open up new accounts of our advertisers and advertisement agencies in Japan
    • Grow our business through collaboration with internal stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of performance marketing
    • Strong understanding of the agency marketscope
    • Team-worker who can collaborate well with other functions and other regions
    • Able to enjoy the rapidly changing environment
    • Growth mindset and passion to drive client's business forward
