• Product development: Responsible for proposing product solutions. Provide our Merchants/Creators/Partners and internal ops with data solutions; helping our users to achieve business growth goals. Thoughtfully propose data product plans by analyzing business needs, users needs, and data science capabilities.

• Customer Success methodology design : Responsible for setting customer success goals, and leverage product applications to continually achieve those goals. Work closely with customers to develop the winning formula of business operations and data driven decision makings with real use cases, and shape the methodology pool behind our products.

• Project Management: Working with cross functional teams to lead data key projects, manage roadmaps and facilitate project progress.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the e-commerce and big data industries; strong data analysis and mining skills and keen data insight
• Proficient in using tools to design the product proposals and able to communicate with technical functions for development landing.
• Project management experience, strong execution, and able to efficiently promote product improvement and project launch
• Goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in SAAS products or business analytics/strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $355000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
