    Position summary

    • Build and scale analytical frameworks and data products to support operational decision-making
    • Develop AI-enabled workflows and tools (e.g., LLM-powered, agentic systems) to improve efficiency and insight generation
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to automate and scale DS support through AI and reusable solutions
    • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Ops, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
    • Contribute to shaping best practices, standards, and ways of working for an AI DS organization

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification(s):

    • 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics / Applied ML with hands-on AI experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
    • Experience working with large-scale data and building end-to-end analyses or data products

    Preferred Qualification(s):

    • Exposure to or interest in AI/LLM systems and automation workflows (agentic systems is a strong plus)
    • Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
    • High ownership mindset with the ability to drive ambiguous problems to impact

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208050 - $355680 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
