About the team
As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the function iteration of the customer service configuration platform, participating in the whole process of function planning, requirement definition, development, testing and launch, ensuring the quality of product launch, and strictly controlling the product experience;
2. Collect the needs of relevant business parties such as operation and product, sort out clear business processes, form product plans and system requirements, and coordinate resources to promote implementation;
3. Enhance the rationality of customer service back-end system architecture, and provide timely and efficient tool support for business through forward-looking modularization and configuration design.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong logical thinking ability, strong business abstraction and system design ability, able to quickly understand and master business requirements;
2. Strong self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and project promotion ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than two years of experience in internet backend product work, familiar with customer service platforms and configuration platforms preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
