Position summary
abilities to improve user conversion and merchant logistics experience.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business pain points and growth opportunities. Drive operational process optimization and continuous improvement through data decomposition, KPI definition, and performance enhancement.
- Leverage market insights to propose product optimization initiatives. Collaborate with platform Product and Engineering teams to continuously build and strengthen scalable supply chain and logistics product capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics solution design, product operations, or related roles.
- Strong familiarity with cross-border logistics and overseas markets, with solid business acumen.
- Strong data and business analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective, actionable solutions.
- High level of ownership, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced working environment.
