Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis within the e-commerce governance or customer experience domain.
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills with the ability to lead diverse projects through structured planning, communication, risk assessment, problem solving, and SOP development.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and a fast learner, with proven experience in eCommerce governance, customer experience or service operations or cross-functional management.
Preferred Qualification
- International work or academic experience is a strong plus.
