- Analyze and optimize control tower metrics to identify areas for improvement and mitigate delays or issues.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics such as loss and damage rates, return rates, and delivery accuracy.
- Identify trends and develop actionable insights to address quality concerns in the delivery process.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to implement corrective actions.
- Use data-driven insights to propose and implement solutions that enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, procurement) to ensure the alignment of quality and project goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on project status, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or consulting, with a focus on project management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of key logistics metrics and performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, loss and damage, return rates).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a control tower environment and monitoring logistics metrics is highly preferred.
- Consulting experience with a focus on logistics or supply chain.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and control tower operations.
