Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
