- Conducts structured fact-gathering, obtains detailed statements, and contributes evidence-based inputs to investigation teams while upholding strict confidentiality.
- Prepares thorough and accurate security logs, incident reports, and compliance checklists, ensuring documentation meets internal audit, legal, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field, with minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, surveillance monitoring, or incident response.
- Valid Gada Madya Security Certificate (minimum) or equivalent recognized security certification.
- Strong capability in access control enforcement, on-ground risk identification, and detection of theft, fraud, policy violations, and behavioral red flags.
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring, pattern recognition, and real-time escalation of suspicious activities involving misconduct, corruption, or collusion.
- High level of integrity, strong ethical judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality, with a strong sense of awareness and readiness to work in shifting schedules or site rotations.
- Good communication skills and professionalism in coordinating with Operations, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in incident handling and investigations, including securing scenes, preserving evidence, structured fact-gathering, interviews, statement collection, and preparation of clear incident reports or audit-ready documentation.
