    About the Team
    E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

    Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for IPR governance of global e-commerce, ensuring successful governance outcomes, enhancing consumer experience, and mitigating risks for rights holders.
    2. Provide a one-stop IPR original protection solution for platform merchants through the combination of platform mechanisms and products, and help the future development of IP authorization and platform operations.
    3. Based on data monitoring and analysis, along with industry development trends, promptly identify IPR risks across various business segments. Updating governance strategies in response to these risks, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective implementation of the strategies.
    4. Familiar with governance methodologies, capable of collaborating with algorithms, product development, and legal affairs teams.
    5. Support and frequent travels across different timezones due to business needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Strong bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, data analytics; computer science, engineering etc.
    2. More than 5 years of work experience in intellectual property and e-commerce related fields.
    3. Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with proficiency in SQL and similar tools preferred.
    4. Strong communication skills, with excellent resource coordination and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Highly adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to self-drive continuous improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Familiarity with global e-commerce and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous.
