Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Supply Chain and Logistics, Data, Statistics, Operations Research, etc. preferred;
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in building logistics operations from scratch (0 to 1), and those with relevant operational experience in US logistics routes will be preferred.
• Familiar with international e-commerce processes, logistics operation models, and operational management models, and has proficient operation and management experience;
• Strong logical thinking and Data Analysis capabilities, able to identify patterns, discover problems and opportunities through Data Analysis; proficiency in SQL is preferred.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
