- Identify and source materials and services by collaborating with Project and Operations team, and approved vendors, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings, specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Lead the review and negotiation of contract terms, pricing agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure strong vendor performance and operational excellence.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and discussions to drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability.
- Develop and maintain dual-sourcing and contingency plans to reduce supply chain risk and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices across all procurement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration from an accredited university, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years' experience in logistics sourcing within FMCG or 4PL environments; broader supply chain experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and improve procurement efficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management capabilities, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
