2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business.
3. Cooperate with the e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data, algorithm and other related teams to design, implement and promote the logistic and supply chain system for international e-commerce markets.
4. Continue to drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the US market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $234080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
