Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of platform and category-based marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as account managers, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams to support campaign operations.
- Help track and analyze campaign performance, including order volume and GMV, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends in the Japan market, and support the development of creative campaign ideas based on emerging trends.
- Provide support in monitoring campaign progress and assist in optimizing campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Interest in marketing campaigns, digital commerce, and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or previous internship experience in e-commerce, marketing, or digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, engagement rates).
- Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas for partnerships and activations.
- Familiarity with TikTok, other social platforms, and current market trends is a plus.
