Responsibilities
- Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach.
- Assist the digital channel team in creating in-app notifications, EDMs, banners, H5 pages, and other seller outreach materials.
- Manage, implement, and monitor seller growth programs, including incentives and championship campaigns, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and budget effectiveness.
- Help with seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or above, graduating summer 2026 or later.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative.
- Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office; SQL or Python experience for data processing is a plus.
- Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
