- Data driven, with a strong interest and understanding of activity conversion funnels, user profiling, and segmentation methodologies.
- Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment.
- Independent and capable, with strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain level of stress.

- Experience with SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools.
